More business". Via a general mail redirection, all company mail goes to a certified scanning center and from there directly to the digital mailbox - on the day of delivery. In the digital mailbox, all letters, documents and invoices can be processed, checked, distributed and archived online. Individually defined roles and authorizations form the basis for the internal distribution of incoming mail. Invoices are recognized as such and payment details are automatically recorded. Thanks to multibanking, different bank accounts can be stored and invoices can be paid directly with the account of choice. All persons previously involved in the collection and processing process remain involved and can perform their tasks in or from the portal.
