Since Jan 2013. Head of Research and Technology (R&T) at Autoneum Management AG, Winterthur. Member of the Executive Committee of Autoneum. Member of the board of directors of the Autoneum – Nittoku – Toyota Boshoku joint venture in Japan.

 2011-2012. Autoneum Management AG, Winterthur. Responsible for R&D Acoustics, Thermal Management and Vehicle Benchmarking. The name of the company is changed due to the split of Division Automotive from Rieter.

2003 - 2011. Rieter Automotive Management AG, Winterthur. Responsible for R&D Acoustics and Thermal Management for the Division worldwide.

1998 – 2003. Rieter Automotive Management AG. Responsible for project coordination in acoustics research for Division Automotive.
