While the pandemic brought uncertainty for many, Pascal and his wife Sigrid saw it as an opportunity. Together, they founded Bivio Rösterei, the highest coffee roaster in Europe and Tidløs, a slow fashion brand that combines style and function.

And then came Boostbar, his bold bet on digitising the fragmented vending industry. In less than three years, with minimal venture capital support, it skyrocketed to CHF 10 million annual revenue and an international team of 90 and earned the Swiss Economic Award in 2023.
