Merle Zur

Merle, Co-Lead of the Female Founders Initiative, works as Program Manager with a focus in Diversity & Entrepreneurship at the Impact Hub. Her background in intercultural communication and experience having lived and worked in Germany, Hong Kong, the Netherlands and the UK filled her with the passion on promoting and supporting diverse cultures and teams. Next to Female Founders, she manages the community of startups of the ESA BIC Switzerland and runs the Innosuisse Startup Campus mandate. When Merle is not moderating an event, recording a podcast episode or diving deep into planning her programs, you can find her outdoors, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.
