With a background in strategic marketing, Sarah Meier has 20+ years of experience in global organizations on topics such as Organizational Culture, Competency Management and Marketing & Sales. As a working mom, she has first-hand knowledge of the challenges parents face daily in combining work and family and the impact these struggles have on Gender Diversity within companies. An entrepreneur and passionate advocate for working parents, she is founder & CEO of parents@work, a global organization dedicated to building better workplaces for parents.

Fadri Furrer is the CEO and Co-Founder of incon.ai. incon.ai is an AR startup that provides solutions for the construction and assembly industry. Before he started with incon.ai, he studied Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at ETH Zürich and at LiTH, then he worked in two startups in Switzerland and for Bosch research in the US before he did his Ph.D. at ETH Zürich in Robotics focusing on 3D vision and machine learning for mobile robotic applications. He got connected to the construction industry as he was part of the NCCR digital fabrication.

Klara Zürcher is Co-Founder of Tadah. Her background lies in marketing and communications. She has worked for various agencies and clients in Switzerland and internationally. Her goal with Tadah is to make Switzerland more compatibility friendly.
